Most reputable places for cosmetic surgery procedures in Bangkok have realized that their trustworthiness is greatly enhanced by making prices not just during personal communication between the surgeon and the patient, but by printing a pricelist and sticking to the amounts quoted there.
In that aspect, the Bangkok market for cosmetic surgery procedures is much more mature than the markets in Jakarta or Manila, where the few cosmetic surgeons that operate there do not publish prices but decide on them during direct meetings with patients, and depending largely on their mood.
However, even though all reputable places have published pricelists, there is room for obtaining some discounts even at good cosmetic surgery establishments in Bangkok... if one knows how to go about it.
