Most cosmetic surgeries are suited only for those who are well beyond 30 (though women can use Botox from their 20s). An exception is the correction of protruding ears.
Protruding (sticking out) ears often are a valid concern even of male and female teenagers, who, if they do have this condition will often be teased by their peers.
Protruding ears are corrected surgically quite easily. And while this may not result in ears that are as elegant as those of Steven Seagal, the improvement can be dramatic.
Why not Steven Seagal's ears? Because what the surgeon typically corrects is not the angel at which the ears grow out from the head (this angle is visible at the back of the ears). Therefore, what you could simulate by pressing your ears towards the head is not (unfortunately not) the effect that can be achieved by the typical operation of protruding ears.
Rather than reducing the angel of the protruding ear, the size of the ear wing is reduced. The ear wing is the upper, outer flap, which is rather large in people who feel that their ears are sticking out.
The reduction of this wing flap will create the impression that a person's ears protrude less, when in fact, the angle at which ears protrude is not changed.
